Well then the game hates you for some reason... For me, its at the very least 1 out of 5... maybe you should stop playing because it sounds like the game is rigged against you. Bungie probably did that on purpose. I'm sure they have your picture on the wall and have a whole department dedicated to find out how to make your experience worse.

I think you are doing something wrong... Out of all my friends I have never seen even close to that abysmal drop rate.

I only use them when I run heroic strikes. My last three I used in the raid. Got none off of Golgoroth Got one off of Shade of Oryx Got none off Oryx.
