Political correctness is pathetic here
-
How about just YES
-
Political correctness alert. Enough of this Bs.
-
Or maybe just a "Yes" answer. People can't complain about a religious holiday in a game revolving around enemies and their gods.
Actually knowing the what the Destiny forums do best, they'll find a way to complain.
Edited by Nucah: 10/22/2015 8:40:24 PMI wouldn't mind seeing some snow fall during the winter months at the tower.
-
What seasons and for who? different countries have different holidays and such.
-
No one would complain about a festive Christmas theme. Well, unless they are trying to take offense. You don't see people running up to people's houses and tearing down the Christmas lights, do you? Honestly, the seasonal holidays should have seasonal decorations. (I used Christmas because it is probably the easiest holiday for a lot of people to relate to, decorations-wise, out there.)
-
other, enough with this politically correct bs
-
Why are you so biased? Why can't the tower be decorated for Christmas, Easter, New Years, ect? Stop giving in to PC BS
-
There are no religious holidays in the US anymore. Hallmark owns them all.
-
Only if xur is in a sexy elf outfit and he shows off his good side(you know the one I mean you Cthulhu wonder man)
-
Just "yes"
-
The fūck

Edited by SisterSafetyPin: 10/22/2015 8:27:48 PMI don't know how this could work without pissing off one group of religious gamers.

Lol at religious BS. An American company should celebrate all American holidays. Christmas, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, Valentines, etc. (I am aware that these are not all exclusively celebrated in the U.S. I am just stating holidays celebrated in the U.S.)
I threw snowballs in GTA Online!
For all of you politically correct, autistic children who will call me a white supremacist, bigot or some nonsensical combination of profane words, I am not white and my parents weren't even born in the U.S. However, these are the holidays celebrated in the United States of America, the country where Bungie is located. Nobody gives a -blam!- about your Holi, Hanukkah or Kwanza.
-
Most religious holidays aren't really religious any more like I got Muslim friends singing jingle bells
-
Seasons, yes. Based on Where it is on earth. But holidays, no
-
Anyone else notice the banners in the tower last week? They were green with the white IB logo on them. The banners I am referring to on the big red ones that have the shield on them. Right where you spawn in at.
-
Yes for everything, Halloween is just as religious as Christmas actually
-
Where's the decorate it for the winter holidays option? The vast majority of Xmas decorations have absolutely nothing to do with Christianity or any religion for that matter.
-
You're either a Jew or an idiot if you think they should decorate it for Halloween and not Christmas. I know everyone isn't Christian but non-Christians won't care
-
Winter just put snow everywhere
-
Yes and when had lights and snow been part of a religion Seriously now Santa was never mentioned by any religion ever
-
Yes. It should be seasonal, like Spring, Summer Fall (Autumn), and Winter. But, like you said, because of certain religions I don't think it should be decorated for Holidays.
-
On December 25th it should be decorated for Newtonmas. You know, someone that is actually worth caring about and was actually born on December 25th.

Edited by Mr Ilax: 10/22/2015 8:17:01 PMJust yes. Yes, the tower should be decorated. Decorate it for everything if you want, or only for specific occasions. If Bungie wants to decorate for Christmas because they celebrate it, then they should do that. Or Canadian Thanksgiving (I know it's happened already). Or Hanukkah. And Halloween is religious. And yes, Christian too. So you aren't really making a case.
