Should the tower be decorated at seasonal times?
For example this year we could get 1 free random exotic off xur since the 25th is a friday! vote what you think

If Bungie wants to decorate for Christmas because they celebrate it, then they should do that. Or Canadian Thanksgiving (I know it's happened already). Or Hanukkah. And Halloween is religious. And yes, Christian too. So you aren't really making a case.

If they do decorate based on holidays, then do it on internationally recognized holidays.

Yes, but decorated for all major holidays. Destiny is based in the distant future where they'd forgotten many things done in the past. There is NO reason that Destiny-specific holidays couldn't be made up. Even then, you could blend elements of religions for the holidays, claiming that the people of the City forgot what rituals went where. Essentially, you don't single out one path of holidays, and blend together rituals from coinciding events in different cultures and religions.
