Should the tower be decorated at seasonal times?
For example this year we could get 1 free random exotic off xur since the 25th is a friday! vote what you think

You're confusing seasons and holidays. Yes it should be decorated for seasons, and some holidays.

Maybe decorated at different times as these people don't celebrate the same holidays as us, maybe make holidays based around the events of the people that exist in this world (destiny)!
