Takes 2 secs to move weapons. How much longer and more expensive to max out everything? Bungie had made it abundantly clear that today's weapons are tomorrow's trash, so why bother leveling up all the guns when 10 or so do the trick? I'll keep my spare time AND weapons parts, thank you very much
