I got a bug where in my exotic sword quest i'll kill both the warden and alak-hul between 30 seconds and get only the warden taken off the part of the quest step

You absolutely must kill the warden first and then darkblade. I had a similar thing happen when i did it the first time. It also specifies in the quest the order in which to do so.
