5 sounds fair. But I think they should be sold in exchange for marks. Glimmer would lead to huge abuse. 10 parts for 20 marks would be costly but let's face it: 200 marks takes a few days to get. And 100 weapon parts is okay! Think of it like this, 2 marks for 1 part.
