As long as the Crests are 310 you're good.
All you need is for the Crest of Alpha Lupi to be 310, infuse it to a legendary if you want to spare an open spot for another exotic item and get that legendary to 310. I already have a 308 Crest and I would happily get a bunch of other Crests, I have other chests I need to level up.
Edit: Everyone should have exotic shards by now. If not and you got more than 2 Crests just dismantle one, get a free shard.
