Do you know why this won't be a thing? Because Final Round [i]killed[/i] on one hit. ToM won't. If you miss that one shot after emptying an entire Scout clip, then you're just going to have to reload and empty the whole clip again. If you do hit it and get another round, you'll need to hit that as well, and then the next round. Tlaloc hits 60 to the head, think of how fast it fires when your Super is ready, so there's really a minimal difference. Just don't play like shit and stand in the open.
