For daughters, there is no delay between when the aura disappears for the fireteam to when the next Hymn timer starts. The Hymn timer starts immediately after the aura disappears.
A slight change, but that completely -blam!-s up a person's rythmn rhythm.

That actually seems pretty annoying, but not too bad. If that's the only change that should pretty much still be easy as long as someone calls everything out correctly and everyone reacts fast.
