Absolutely
Yes, it got worlds first on hard mode. Yes, that entitles it to celebrate.
It must also know that bashing those that completed the normal first (which is much more difficult than normal + some new problems) is going to summon all kinds of backlash.
Moral of the story:
Go ahead and be an asshole. Just dont start crying when people tell you that you're an asshole.
