Why are some people saying "he" and others saying "she"? Asking legitimately is this person a transgender who identifies as the opposite gender?

He (Valleyram) is a guy, and there was a female in his riad group as well.. Both of them were making fun of other streamers and their viewers. These streamers went out of there way to congratulate Valleyram as well. It was very classless
