Idiot (TOM doesn't double damage in PVp there are legendarys with higher damage, longer range and more stability then that things final round) how about you get it before you cry if anything it needs a buff because it can kill the wielder and is out preformed in PVp by any scout, auto rifle, pulse rifle and a small number of hand cannons...
