I like non-ele primaries. Makes you switch out your loadout based on the situation.
Don't really want to be taking down every thing (shields an all) with just primes, too much ammo about and no fun.

No, it doesn't. In the long run, it accomplishes just the opposite. It means people stick with one weapon most of the time.
