You made awesome points and i agree with all of them.
The biggest issue i have is the double standards found in explaining game changes that players do not find favorable.
Nerfing weapon parts and excusing it by saying we should be more selective about which weapons to upgrade/infuse is a direct action against weapon diversity. Why would i spend precious weapon parts upgrading a 280 weapon just to try it out and find out its no better than my 295 level weapon? Not even mentioning that infusing your newly found weapon will also burn mad wep prts.
Now back to elemental primaries: luke smith states that in his opinion elemental primaries take away from weapon diversity... Yet giving players less weapon parts basically discourages diversity even more so!
