The General walks in, hands behind his back. His bushy mustache shines gray in the light of the room. He speaks, obviously happy with the work they've done.
"Great work, team. The threat has been demolished and hopefully over."

I chuckle "Great work, he says."

"The threat was handled, was it not?"

"It was, but the use of the word 'Great' is something of a misleading word. ' Somehow successful', or 'Inexperienced persons' would probably work better. Or maybe the other fireteam spoiled me."

[b]Theta is leaning against the wall[/b] "The threat is far from over when one threat is destroyed another will appear that is just the way it is"

"Of course, just my luck. I come in now and miss all the fun." A man walks into the room.

The General turns from watching a fight going on. "Who are you?"

"Aaron Sawyer, sir. Really, a pleasure to meet you." Sawyer extends a hand.

The General shakes his hand. "General Hill, Commander of the Cyprus cruiser."

"Ok. Well, I guess I'm off to my quarters. Can't wait to meet the rest of your team, sir!" Sawyer bounds away with a large grin.

"Welcome to the team, mister Sawyer!"

I'd say we deserve a raise. You sent us to fight a damn Monster. It could've easily killed us, 5 times over.
