Playing IB last week on Vertigo and I was jumping around from B to C side. I mistimed my Blink and my head collided with a crate, killed me instantly. Edit: Actually just remembered a better one. Was boosting my sparrow through Dock 13 on the way back to the Steppes, hit a wall, took some shots, so it was flaming and near exploding. As I round the corner into Dock 13 a Vandal shoots it and of course I hop off as it boosts forward to explode. But I started sprinting immediately, and realized my mistake when I noticed that I was running directly beside my flaming, boosting sparrow. I thought, "I can survive this", just as the same Vandal shot me in the back. I reached the stairs with a sliver of health, right as the sparrow exploded and killed me. Best Misadventure I've had, I couldn't stop laughing.
