As he regains his sight, Eric notices three things. One, he had missed Jupiter, and his shot had sent the numerous shelves in the room crashing into the ground. Two, that stalker creature whose name he did not know had gotten away with the chip... Which was so much more important even than what he said to Jupiter. Three, Jupiter was lying unconscious from a head wound, and objects began to fall as the entire shelf began to collapse. Though he had been shooting her a second earlier, he had been in a life or death scenario at gunpoint. This was letting an unconscious human being get killed due to his actions, which was unacceptable to him, regardless of who she was. Grabbing her by her arms, he half holds-half drags her away from harm, laying her to rest just outside of the room. Now, he needed to find that creature...
