Ultra cabal came out of goliath tank
I was doing the shield brothers strike and after we killed the tank a ultra cabal out of it. I didn't think to record it or screen shot it but I do remember his first name was bracus. Had anyone else seen this?

Bracus is actually a Cabal military rank if i'm not mistaken.
