They really should have a mechanic for special legendary items to retrieve them. I.E. If you've dismantled your Sword, you can go to a special Legendary items kiosk and pay like 50 Legendary Marks and some Wormspore or something like that. It would incentivize people to NOT dismantle these weapons, but if they did, they would have a chance to retrieve them.
