They are already talking about modifying ROF and impact, so I heard. Seems like nobody at Bungie knows how to create, use, and tweak a gun, all in one sitting. They should fire that guy for teasing us with good weapons (Black Hammer, Black Spindle, Hand cannons, mythoclast, shotguns, etc etc etc) then say "oops our bad, we intended to make a subpar gun drop at a lower light, our bad. Huh? You pulled one our of your blueprints and fused raid gear in it? Tough sh1t."
