I did it on normal with all my class already so how come I am not getting anything from the sis or chest before u kill the warpriest

That's what I'm saying. Doing the raid on Normal you collect all the loot from Chests and Drops. Going back and doing the raid on Hard, you only collect loot from Drops. These drops are only at Warpriest and Golgoroth. The Chests will not give rewards for Hard after doing on Normal first.
