I'm really curious, have you misspelled your own name, or did you intentionally make it unpronouncable with an English tongue? The way you have it spelled now, it says (ay-er-ile)
English

Lemme let you in on a secret Its in dovahzul pronunciation.... O v o
-
Regardless of all that, all currently known Fallen names still regard English pronunciation rules in their spelling. In other words, it may not be an English word (though Arielle actually is), but it can still be pronounced by sounding it out in English.
-
Its supposed to sound like Air-ei-el
-
Then it'd be spelled Arielle. Not trying to be a dick, I just wound up hella frustrated trying to pronounce your name and decided it must be misspelled.
-
I understand, most people do have a hard time pronouncing her name, its just if it was spelled exactly how it sounds, in my opinion it would make it to human
-
Edited by Psychedelia: 10/25/2015 9:33:25 PMBut... You can't spell something however you want and insist it sounds the same... That's nonsense...that's like me saying "moojagc" is how you spell my name, but it sounds the same as when you say "Mike"
-
Then how about you go back and change the every spelling of Aerile that I have typed, in each Post/story/poem and artwork if this pisses you off so much? seriously dude, it isn't that bad
-
It's just not right. Or even close to right. If it was MINE, I would because I know this isn't the first time you've gotten this run-around. I'd want it to be the last though... I'd have wanted the first to be the last, but that's just me. Don't you want anyone who cares to be reading your ideas the way they were meant to be read? THAT'S why it matters. If you're going to be sloppy and leave nonsensical errors open to interpretation, why bother at all? My point is that if you care, you care. If you don't, why do it at all?
-
You don't understand how inconvenient it is for me to just change the spelling of Aerile, she has months of projects, writings and all that, I don't wish to change her spelling thank you...
-
Edited by Psychedelia: 10/25/2015 9:56:23 PMThat's like saying you're in too deep to fix your mistake. You could change it now, and never look back, but because you're stubborn, your work suffers...Have you ever heard of the grade school saying.. "I before E, except after C"? Well, it's not just a saying and your "spelling" violates that big time, making it impossible to say. I'm going to start spelling your name like it sounds the way you have it... Ayerighll-E Just saying. People are ten times more likely to read your work if they see your grammar and writing is on point. I generally flip through immediately if I see basic errors because I'm not going to waste my time stumbling around on bad punctuation and poor wording. Not implying you suck in any way or made those types of additional errors, but like I said... If you care enough to create it, why not make it as easy and enjoyable to read as possible. Your fan base would be bigger if you did.

Lol if you'd like, I'd be happy to proof read your next one. That's the best I'll do, you have too many to fix already posted
-
Noooo I'm good........
-
Okay, then Ayerighlley, I'm off.

WHERES MY GUN?!

Idk, I came offering grammar lessons, not guns.
