What is the point to continue upgrade fraction reputation when the vendor only give mote of light, strange coin but the weapon or gear is 280 & not high enough to help your guardian to get to 310 light level???

It's a choice. Don't do it if you don't like it. In comparison, the Vanguard has the same level of gear. So it's who you want to represent and then level the gear on your own if you choose.

All vendor should start selling higher level gear and weapons for those who are already high light level...

No, that's what Iron Banner and the Raid are for. If we all could just buy our gear at 300 or 310, what would be the point of those events? We need to work for our gear. Not buy it off the rack.
