I'm still not getting the Suros/Hakke Arsenal pack. I did preorder it and it says it's installed. I did try restarting destiny and it still not showing up. This has also happened with several other quests that I did not receive all the rewards or thy won't available.

The suros pack is available at the vanguard guy in the hanger. They are green weapons available for purchase. It was the same thing on the original launch. Not really worth the pre order. Lol
