ok so it basically goes like this (bare with me, this was before the Twilight Gap): He was sitting in the VoG, it's a wonder how he snuck his sly ass in there really... anywho, he snuck along the hidden paths of the VoG following the OG 3 man strike team in the Vault. So he sneaks in here behind this clueless team of Panahin, Kabr, and Praedyth. These guys make it to Atheon, along with Randal sneaking through the shadows gaining passage through the team's hard effort. So here he is, watching over the team, as Atheon walks out and just fckin wipes out this team and he just smirks. He's about done with this venture when low and behold this new creature, dragon like! It was flying from the darkness behind Atheons spawn, wiggling and slithering like a snake through thin air. Then this thing stops, declaring itself as Xylar, the Vex Dragon. And from here, Randal pulls out his shock rifle and just unloads, I mean who wouldn't be frightened? Well Xylar took OK damage until he sprouted two new heads as he lost his first. Xylar lunged at Randal (who was up on the rocks toward the ceiling of Atheons throne room. Randal dives out of the way falling onto the ground from a good 200 feet when Xylar teleports Randal back to ground level without taking damage. Randal is surprised but gathers himself and bolts for the door, Xylar on his heel. Randal throws his Blade and in pales the beast. Reeling back with a screech Randal dives the through the door right as it seals. He escaped with literally NO injuries! Randal was then despawned and spawned back on the beach of the Forgotten Shores where he finds me and enlightens me. Pretty frickin awesome.
