There's a lock button for a reason. Literally 1 button press could have prevented this.

Some peeps don't lock stuff (like me) because you can't infuse locked items

You can infuse the item that is locked with something else, you just can't infuse the locked item into something else. If he wanted to collect the swords, he wouldn't have wanted to infuse it into something and should have locked it.
