Hello Brothers and Sisters in Arms,
I am here to ask you all a favor and to please just take a moment to read this.
On Friday, Oct 23, a dear friend of mine passed away in a tragic motorcycle accident. He was as terrific friend to anyone that knew him, an awesome father to his son, and an amazing child to his parents. He was 25 years old when he died and leaves behind an awesome 3 year old son I hope to turn into an avid gamer. We have started a 'Give it forward' in his memory to raise money for his sons bright future. Some of you may have experienced loss like this before and can understand how hard it is on anyone involved. We want to make sure his little guy has the best life he can and to know that when he and his mother needed it most, people were there with an outpowering of support.
My friends and I were all asked to do what we could to raise money, and I couldn't think of any place better than the gaming community to help support this.
Obviously, I don't expect everyone to donate, but if you could at least through this a post a bump, it would be greatly appreciated. Our goal is $5,000, and that will go into a savings account for his sons college and other expenceses Isaiah's young mother may have in his upbringing.
I appreciate you taking the time to read this.
