Though he's unarmored and unarmed (the guards deactivated his Helios prosthetic), the neural link to his arm manages to activate thin cortosis plates to spring out of the sides of his arms, creating fan-like shields that protect him from the rounds. One pellet hits though, and in seconds his blood begins dripping from a wound in his shoulder. That was a shame. He had wanted to keep her alive too...
