I looked at the bounties, i dont even have these mask, how am i suppose to get the bounties done? Then i realize...

You get all the masks for free. Just kill things and turn in the full candy bags.

They're the blue ones. You need glue to make them legendary (which means buying packages with silver).

You don't need legendary ones to complete the quest. Blues are fine.
