I got it one day on vanguard tiger. I also got like 16 other legendaries that day

That was back when legendaries dropped every other game or strike. I miss those drops. lol

Not for me. I didn't get a legendary until house of wolves. I also had had the game for 2 months before that

Spare Change and Hopscotch Pilgrim were HoW drops. You're contradicting yourself more than Starburst.
