We are relaxed enough that we almost always have 1-2 new guys who die a lot or don't know the mechanics. Patience is what makes a good raid team.

I don't suppose you guys are playing on Hard Mode, are you?

We have been working on hard mode and have completed most of it has been somewhat challenging at lvl 303- now 306). About half of the clan has completed it. We all work, including myself so I am lucky if I get more than 2 hours in game at a time. If you see me on, just msg me. We have a lot of normal mode completions as well. We are mostly interested in HM right now though.
