Well you learn something new every day. Still doesn't explain why my app is showing my races and classes incomplete same with places and I have gone well over the kills I need.

Are you on android? With the android version, the cards with tiers (or some category cards that have sub-cards with tiers) won't show a "complete" bar at the bottom, even if you have achieved all 3 tiers. If you look on the website, it will display the full bar.
