The main reason some of us don't even bother. I've done a few(just crota) , but listening how some were treated just leaves a bad taste. If a person doesn't cooperate fine.. Kick. If a person really doesn't understand, give them a chance to figure it out.

Yes, exactly! I have never kicked anyone but i have left teams because of people who wouldnt cooperate. I will always help people who are willing to be helped.
