This is a recent one, since the new light system was introduced: I get annoyed if guns don't have an even number as their attack, preferably divisible by ten. Worst offenders include my 291 IB pulse and my 289 Hawkmoon. I'd prefer them to both just be 290! Edit: ever since HoW, when moving a upgraded gun from the vault all the nodes flash as if they had just been unlocked!
