I have 3 close friends I raid with and we usually pick up 2 randoms, had some really bad experiences with control freaks, yellers, people who want to do it their way rather than your way and you are stupid because you don't do it their way. Had a real gem last night. I'm a nice guy, I think civility and cohesion are vital to a raid and I don't boot people, i talk through things and I want a chill experience but after last night i'm over it, anyone yells and their kicked. There is no excuse for it. If you are really that upset and feel like it's taking too long or whatever, GTFO.
