I'm still here so your argument is beyond invalid. Let me give you a little secret. Halo is a one off, it's flashy and entertaining, but wrapping paper only keeps you occupied for so long.

Halo lore > Destiny lore
-
that means so much to me
-
It should. If you're really a fan of deep story lines and fictional video game lore, then Halo is a good one. Halo has been around a long time and has had many good stories written about its history as well as other interesting characters and occurrences in the Halo timeline.

didnt like it. i played way back on CE but it just wasnt for me

Edited by Vilhelmus II: 10/30/2015 2:54:13 AMAnonPig, lore master of Destiny, lord of Desticles... So very many months have you searched. #Destiny's finest member. #Offtopic accepts all who live vindictively. Who defend their purpose... Build, live, and struggle, alone. And even those who dominate, as Desticles have dominated, cruelly, without wisdom. But for all of us, there is a time like this. And for you, that time is now. Know this, relentless enemy, slanderer of our game, Lord of Desticles: soon we will face the enemy you have faced, and we are afraid...

Still playing Halo 3... And Reach... And pretty much all the Halo games...
Still playing Halo 3...
Same.... Sad that 360 is no longer going to be supported sometime next year...

One off? You are so wrong.
-
That must be why they made the map packs free...
-
i mean i understand where your coming from but its no question that a large portion is being divided into other games because destiny is short on content outside the raid right now. while Hard raid is cool, doing it a bunch of times again over and over with new modifiers for emblems and other stuff is just making players play the same raid 100 times....kinda like CE

I like the challenge, I like overcoming the challenge and perfecting it. I like helping others to accomplish the same. I like playing as a team with friends against a common enemy that I honestly relate with. Destiny isn't for everyone, some people like flashy one offs, but I always look back and think was it worth it? Never have I done that with Destiny.
-
How much experience have you had with Halo so far? You own a xbox, as I can see by your level 2 Hunter, but it looks like you mainly play Playstation.
-
Idk I've spent hours ripping up wrapping paper
-
Talk to me next year.
-
When your bankrupt from buying too much dlc for Destiny, yep, you'll be begging for money.
-
Edited by Madbnw: 10/30/2015 2:44:27 AMI hope you realize that the reason they added micro transactions was because all dlc will be free in year two silly goose
-
Yeah, but how much content do you think they will give out for free?
-
Bro does it matter, and if they want to stay afloat when it comes to the fan base it will have to be a good amount of content, and that's obvious so I'm sure you could have figured out that question yourself
-
That still doesn't apply to future dlc's, as far as I'm concerned.
-
Dude they literally said that it'll all be free so your "dlc's" of the next year will be micro transactions which will be stuff that people can buy if they feel like it and does absolutely nothing except look cool
-
What about year 4 and up, eventually they are going to start charging again, they can't make money on emotes alone.
-
So what about year 4 and up, of course not all of that will be free, I don't know what it is with you and bringing up obvious things bro, but yeah, they will probably go back to paid year three which in all honesty is okay with me, I actually like this game, and if you're trying this hard to argue this point then maybe you just shouldn't play this game you never have to. Besides dude you have all level 40 characters, I don't even have that and I love this game so I honestly don't know what you're problem is.

I had no other games to play, it was quite sad really. Or at least not until Halo 5. Anyways all my friends were playing destiny, and on occasion we would play Saints Row IV(fun game btw), which "force" is a strong word so I'm just going to say want, my friends "wanted" me to take them through the raid because out of all of them, I was the best at figuring out raid patterns and finding out how they worked. Even then I had a hard time due to Destiny's community stooping so low no was able to offer help, as a matter in fact I found one guy, out of all the recruitment forums who was offering help. To make a long story short is that if a game with a -blam!-in terrible community who isn't willing to help with any of the more I guess you could say "higher up" content, it's almost not worth doing any of it, the grinding, doing the NF, etc. that is my problem.
