I just don't have them along at all. I'm 39, wife, two kids, mortgage, car payments and a career, I have zero common ground with a 13 year old. I apply the same rule as I do with drinking, I go to a pub to drink with adults, I don't hang arround the local park on a Friday night swigging hooch with 14 year olds. If you're a kid we have little in common, we have little to talk about, I don't know you, I don't want to know you, I have no desire to spend my r&r time with you. You don't like that, that's just tough.
