I am not a smart man...
Beat my head against the wall for 3 days, verifying I sent X-CSRF, X-API-Key, and the proper cookies. Changed http to https. Now it works.

Ah, I empathize - I get the feeling that this hits a lot of people. It's not immediately obvious that the services all require https unfortunately: I'm glad you got it working!
