You might not realise this, because you have yet to participate in an adult conversation while playing destiny, but we almost never talk about destiny. The game itself is not common ground. Beyond anything mechanical, or 'watch out for that knight' we talk a load of crap that adults find entertaining. Adult conversation isnt for kids, much of it isn't appropriate, you have nothing to add and you don't get most of the context. Kids didnt have any real life experience they lack any good stories, that's what life experience gives you bloody good stories.
