1. Oryx takes Goku as he has no light instant win 2. Once Goku enters the vault he is erased from existence as he has no dimensional warping aegis made out of light to protect him. 3. Vex trap Goku in a time paradox instant win. 4. Goku can't actually attack any of the hive gods as he needs to assault them in their ascendant throne worlds to actually kill them 5. Spirit bomb only actually works against evil targets so guardians and possibly fallen are excluded Goku is strong but he still can't withstand a nova bomb which is a collapsing star. All one guardian would need to do is challenge Goku to withstand one and Goku's pride and arrogance regarding fighting will make him stand still 6. Yes Goku can be a planet buster for planets but so are oryx and the cabal, and the vex literally turn entire planets into machines. 7. No Goku is not a Galaxy nor universe buster you idiots -blam!-ing look at the math and force required to blow up a galaxy. ( reddit who would win got some nice math posts explaining Goku's limits) 8.
