I usually get to know her like a normal person before seeing if we have any common interests. Be a little flamboyant tho helps make them more accepting if you come off as queer. Then when you find the right time... Which is just long enough to make her warm up to you but not long enough to get friendzoned you see how dirty minded she is for the next week. I then try to see what I can get her to admit to in text, the proceed to tease and joke with her about everything. From there you go along the lines of casually asking her out for a date on the weekend so she has time to plan it out and you have flexibility to change it if you end up being busy.
