I hate it when people say.
300+ ONLY! or 310+ ONLY!
NO WARLOCKS ALLOWED
NEED BLACK SPINDLE OR TOM!
MUST NOT BE A SQUEAKER!

Oh dear. When you're in my fireteam. You just need mic and experience. Doesn't
matter what class or weapon you're using. I am sick of elitism. I am adding you in my raid if you have this small requirements.
-
I started my first Oryx raid yesterday. I have 3 friends that currently play so we had to pick two up. My post are usually like this. Level 290+ No experience needed Must be patient as we like to joke around. We ended with two really chill guys who had only done the Totem and Ship jumping puzzle. Had a blast figuring out how to beat the Warpriest and started on Golgoroth before we had to get off. Tonight we are going to try to complete it. In the future, when I do KF again, my requirements aren't going to change. I would rather have a 290 with no experience and a good attitude than a 310 that can get us through in an hour, but is a jerk.
-
I'm willing to teach people how to Raid any day. I love doing it, but if they don't listen I won't help them. Just know what you're doing so I don't have to explain it twice.
-
To me it's be cool, have a mic for confirmation of some mechanics in raids and that's it.
-
I honestly don't care if you even have mic as long as you can hear me. and if your light level is the level I figure the raid is possible at. (exceptionally lower than standard expectaition)
-
If I'm trying to get a raid done in limited time I'll have high requirements. But if I'm helping ppl or have a few hours I don't mind being patient with lower light/less geared ppl. I don't like spending hours on oryx hm though. Or worse yet close to an hour on sisters...
-
Depends on how much time I have to be honest
-
If it's normal, I don't care I'm here for fun, if it's hard, 300+, and if your not then I'll try and help you get there
-
(Raises hand) I like helping people, if you are on PS add Project-626-
-
My requirements are usually Just be good Have 290+ light Know what to do preferably, but I can teach you if you don't
-
I like this guy
-
I'm a warlock and probably better than 80% of those no warlock assholes... I don't see how a class restricts you from things
-
I used to be totally against the ridiculous reqs but after a dozen or so unsuccessful Oryx HM's in pugs I'm more open to it. I'm done spending hours watching people "try their best". With high light there's a greater chance that they've actually atleast seen the mechanics in action before.
-
than don't join them...not hard to ignore their posts...be easier to make your own team
-
I understand 290+ normal mode and 305+ with TOM hard mode. Other requirement gets silly.
-
90% of people ask for a little less than what they have. Example, if you are 308, you might ask for 305+. If you are 310, you might ask for 308+. 10% are confident or cool enough to go lower.
-
Our groups are open to anyone needing help on the Xbox1
-
Clean comms is all I ask for. Just shut up and shoot. We'll work out the kinks soon enough. If not, I'll just quietly go to Orbit and try again with another team configuration. No big deal.
-
I don't have restrictions because I want all to join me
-
I just ask if they know what to do
-
My only standard Must admit DEEJ IS LOVE DEEJ IS LIFE
-
That explains your completions
-
Don't bother running hard mode if you aren't at least 310 because raid is 310+ or 309s are acceptable as long as they have a good sniper and a good scout AND TOUCH OF MALICE. <- there is no reason anybody doesn't have this gun. It's basically given to you if you've played TTK more than a week

Edited by Strelok: 10/29/2015 10:31:47 PMOnly time I've ever put a requirement in an LFG post is if we ever required a sword bearer @ Crota, otherwise an extra gun is an extra gun! Played with plenty of "low level" players who have outplayed "high level" players I've found on LFG too
-
No need. I get plenty of people who don't have brains matched with me in PvP.
-
Raided with a 278 last night. He held his own
-
I did it yesterday with randoms and we took 6hrs mainly at sisters
