Easy way to get to lighthouse?
1. Get to a lot of wins, when the game starts matchmaking you with better players.
2. Get one member of the fireteam to get a new card, and he will have 0 wins in the card.
3. Promote the guy with zero wins to leader, have him start the match making.
4. Profit?

Aka do it 3 times for your entire fireteam. Slow and tedious, but pretty low-risk. Just keep in mind you can still face better players who simply have a new card.
