The only thing that needs to be looked at is transcendence, everything else is fine.

It's not the health regen, it's the super length. In a skirmish match you can have 2 full team wipes, that's too long. I could care less about health regen.

That's why it should just be shortened like 5 seconds so you can't get 2 full team wipes, but still have a long time with your super.

While I don't really have much of an opinion on storm trance. With maxed discipline and strength, which you can have both maxed simultaneously, the cool down for grenade and melee is 25 seconds. Hardly a limiting factor if you're using your super strategically.
