Sorry guys (Xur)
Last week I bought a bunch of chest engrams to infuse my legendary chests to 310.
Bungie must have seen me... Since when I visited Xur all he had to say was:
"No engram for you!"
Anyone else salty about this?
Edit: Does 3oC drop exotics at any guaranteed level?
