So you're talking about the people who earned the strange coins to buy it from xur? Since that's more "earning" than getting lucky with rng, even though strange coins are largely rng now too. At least you could still reliably earn coins from prison of elders if you want guaranteed strange coins. That being said, I have not gotten it to drop, but I also won't be buying it from xur since it's not useful at 280 and I don't feel like having to infuse it up. So I'll be just waiting for it to drop for me.
