After the negative response to the story in "Halo 2" and the tepid response to the story in "Halo 4", what was 343 thinking?
Numbered Halo games should be one and only one thing: a Master Chief simulator.

Edited by MightyJonE: 10/31/2015 3:34:24 AMAlso, the problem with Locke is that he's characterless, so you have zero emotional investment in the character Halo5 follows a number of popular game series where the developers suddenly decide to sideline the main character for a fair amount of the sequel - and such a decision ALWAYS negatively impacts the game and upsets most of the fans (eg MGS2, Halo2, Devil May Cry 4, TR: Angel Of Darkness to a lesser extent - though the second character was only briefly played) So knowing this, it's unbelievable that such a decision was made to severely sideline the chief in his own game
