This is a good thing because in house of wolves they just basically handed out 34 for free and people were pissed and now that the made level 220 hard to get they get more complaints what do people want

Only jerk off elitists would complain about 34 for free though. At least back then there was a definite way to make it there, you didn't have to rely so hard on RNG. Now, it's even harder than before because you throw the class item, artifact, and ghost into the mix.
