There's only one (two at Oryx) effective strategy per fight. If you don't know it and you've played the raid more than three times you deserve to be kicked. If it's just one of the elitist prats who insist on blaming everyone for a wipe except themselves tell them to bugger off, take your checkpoint, and find someone decent.
